Oryx Crushers is located in Wadi Laban, Al Hayl Industrial Area, in the Emirate of Fujairah in a surface area of approximately 1 million square miles.
Oryx Crushers is one of the finest quarries for its Quality Quarry products (Crushed rock aggregates in different sizes), located in the eastern region of U.A.E, supplying full range of quality assured quarry products based on the comprehensive knowledge and application of quarry development and crusher technology. The quarry management system is certified in compliance with ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO 18001.
Oryx Crushers operates its own fleet of earth moving machines and equipment's requiring to keep the feed process of the crusher continuous. The current installed production capacity is 650 tons/hour.
Additionally the crusher is equipped with additional equipments used for segregation and loading of larger product sizes such as armor rocks, underlayers and other non-crushed sizes.
Site Location
Located 18 km from the Port of Fujairah, the location of the quarries is one of the closest to the Port of Fujairah which gives it a big advantage to export to GCC countries in addition to its availability in the local markets. The location is easily reached by asphalted roads which connect the quarry to seaport and main roads in the Emirates.
The quarry of Oryx Crushers is located in one of the most high density mountain areas in Fujairah. The rock density in the quarries is between 2.86 to 2.99 tan/m3. The material quarried is commonly known as Heavy Gabbro and is used in all kinds of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, railways, buildings etc. due to its special properties like high abrasion resistance and lower water absorption.

Aggregates are the most important mined materials in the world. Aggregates are a component of composite materials such as concrete and asphalt concrete, it is a broad category of coarse particulate material used in construction, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, recycled concrete and geosynthetic aggregates.
CAPACITY & PRODUCTS
Raw materials available in the quarries is estimated as 150 million tons of un-blasted materials and this quantity will be sufficient for the next 20 years. Expected production of 4 million tons annually includes Armor Rocks, Quarry run and other quarry products.

Oryx Crushers uses a comprehensive Quality Control system to ensure that compulsory quality tests are carried out at all stages of the production from quarry development to end product i.e. aggregates of different sizes.
